To assure a top quality experience it is of the upmost importance to us that you understand and agree with our sales policy. We provide a sales policy so you can make sure you are informed of what you can expect from our company when doing business with us. Please review our sales policy and please do ask any questions as that is what we are here for is to service your account

Buying over the internet is a big advantage to the consumers as it has helped in lowering overhead and bringing down prices.

Communication is an important part of any business deal and is the key to a successful business relationship.

It is important to us that we communicate with you and you with us. So please do read and ask questions if you do not understand something.

By purchasing from Vendweb.Com you agree to the following terms of sales

New Machine Warranty

New machine warranty is covered by the manufacture of the new machine. The manufactures warranty are the terms and conditions of the warranty. Vendweb.Com may offer our own extended warrantees on such machines if we choose, please see product info to see if a certain product carries any extended warranty. In this case the following extended warranty will apply:

WHAT IS COVERED

Vendweb.Com warrants TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY that each item of equipment manufactured is free from defects in material under normal use and service. Manufacturer’s and Vendweb.Coms obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement, at our plant, of any parts of the equipment which shall, within one year of the date of shipment to the original purchaser, be demonstrated to be defective by such causes of defective materials. The original purchaser may obtain repair of the equipment under this warranty by returning the defective item or entire vendor to the Manufacturer, freight prepaid. This warranty does not include any labor cost for any said repair. Freight charges back to customer are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty also provides phone technical support for as long as you own your machines and vendweb.com is in business.
(We have been here a long time and plan to be around many more years)
This warranty is non transferable.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Manufacturer’s warranty obligations DO NOT EXTEND TO OR INCLUDE installation expenses, vandalism, or difficulties resulting from failure to operate equipment in accordance with Manufacturer’s instructions under competent supervision and difficulties due to changes in vended products which are beyond the control of Manufacturer.

SPECIAL NOTE:

Manufacturer nor Vendweb.Com is not responsible for any loss of income due to a vending machine being out of service due to a warrantable item.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness or use, and of all other obligations or liabilities on Manufacturer’s part. Manufacturer neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other liability in connection with the sale of equipment manufactured by itself. This warranty

shall not apply to equipment manufactured or any part thereof which is subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse or damage in shipment. The term “original purchaser,” as used in this warranty, shall be deemed to mean that person for whom the equipment is originally installed.

Manufacturer and Vendweb.Com is not liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages of any kind whatsoever, directly or indirectly, arising from the use of the equipment whether based upon theories of contract negligence or tort.

Light Bulbs and Starters and Ballast are not covered under any warranty

Electrical Damage to said components of the machine are not covered under warranty.
Damage to the machine caused by the machine being overloaded or undersupplied the required voltage and amperage for the machine to operate or any of its components to operate is not covered under warranty.

Refurbished Machine Warranty

We offer what we believe is a fair warranty on our refurbished / used vending machines. We offer one of the best warranty’s in the industry on our refurbished machines. A truly refurbished machine goes thru different aspects of rebuild per each machine to make sure you the customer get working and location ready cosmetically machine. We place a one year or less parts warranty on all our refurbished machines. Depending on what your warranty is it will be listed on your invoice how long the warranty is for your machine, if you do not know just ask before you purchase the machine and we will be happy to go over the warranty with you. We will repair the part or parts you send to us after speaking with a service technician that Vendweb.Com has authorized you to speak to and be used as the technician that we go by in determining problem of machine. The said defective part must be confirmed by one of our technician’s and authorized to be returned to the repair facility of our choice for repair and return of said defective part.
Customer is responsible for all cost to ship said defective part back to the place of Vendweb.Com’s choice for repair.
As we work hard to give customers a good experience with our company, we want to make sure you do understand things sometimes happen that are beyond our control. Parts do go bad and sometimes they go bad when we least expect it with no warning. We want to make sure you understand we give you a warranty with your machines to make sure that if a part does go bad what to expect. Please read thru this warranty and make sure you are comfortable with it and our terms of service.

Your order is entered into our system within 24 hours of you confirming your order with us.
For a order to be started or to be put into our system and us consider the order valid the following must takes place.

*You call or e-mail us with a confirmation that you would like to place an order with us.
*We receive your payment for your order and it clears funds to our bank

Order processing time from an order becoming valid to time of shipment is usually 14 to 28 business days on Refurbished Machines and 14 to 28 Days on New Machines. Some times may will very due to circumstances or back order parts or time restraints due to other orders in process before yours. We try hard to hit projected ship dates but sometimes things do happen and we want you to be aware we are working hard to get your order out to you just as fast as we can and make sure it is done right. We reserve the right to take up to 90 days in some circumstances that may be out of our control. This time is or standard machines and do not include special or custom setups -Custom setups and custom orders can take 6 to 16 weeks depending on circumstances.

Vendweb reserves the right to take up to 90 days from payment clearing on shipment of standard orders and 16 weeks on custom orders

We try to make the time from order processing to order shipment as quick as possible but sometimes things do happen that delay that process.
If in the event that a delay is the part of us or our manufacturing partner we reserve the right to have a 90 days on standard orders and 16 weeks on custom orders window to address and correct any situation we may encounter to fill your order.
Orders not picked up or delivered in 30 days from time order is processed due to customer fault are not the responsibility of Vendweb or the manufacture and are considered forfeit orders with no return or refund offered by Vendweb or any manufacturing partner.
All merchandise left or abandoned at any of our shipment locations will be forfeit property and we will not be responsible for such property.
Do Not Leave Your Machines At The Shipment Locations without making arrangements with us.

We use common carriers for most of our deliveries.

If you order is shipped under UPS or FedEx or a small parcel delivery company then the terms of that shipping company will apply.

It is of the upmost importance that you inspect all orders before you sign for delivery of that order.

Once the delivery receipt is signed for it is you agree that the said order was complete and in good standing as you ordered it.

Very simply put please make sure to inspect you delivery when it comes before you sign for it.

If there is a problem with your delivery please contact our office right away before you sign any forms or refuse any delivery.

If any freight damage does happen in many instances that damage is not enough to keep the machine from working and many times damage can be fixed.

Please note as we will assist any way we can in a freight damage situation that freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier. Vendweb.com is not responsible if the carrier damages the freight and does not warrant a reason to return and cancel order.

  • “Curbside Delivery” provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up. – Unless Service Paid For In Advance
  • Carrier can call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours and span a 4-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of speaking with your sales rep.
    Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges. Such things like stairs and pallet removals cost extra from freight services so please make sure to cover all freight issues before shipment is delivered.
    Freight must be deliverable to the location on pallet by pallet jack and one delivering person.
  • Inside Delivery – Inside delivery is the delivery of freight on pallet to inside the building. The pathway of where the machine is going must be clear and accessible to the delivering company all the way to the point of setting the machine.
    The freight company will not remove any doors or break freight down to make fit into delivery spot.
    The freight must fit without any incident or the customer could be charged storage charges until they make arrangements to have the freight delivered to a location that the freight can be delivered to without any problems.
    Freight must be deliverable to the location on pallet by pallet jack and one delivering person.
  • Lift-Gate Delivery – Lift-gate delivery is the delivery of freight lowered to ground by way of tailgate.
    It is the customers responsibility to move the freight from back of tailgate to setting point of freight.
  • Signature is required for delivery, but before accepting and/or signing for your delivery, please open all packages and inspect your order thoroughly.
    Do not sign anything until you open and inspect your shipment.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy and we have sold 100’s of machine all over the world, so we must be doing something right.

If you do have a problem you need to contact us right away so we can work with you on solving the situation.

Each case is different and not all cases require the machine to be returned.

We do not accept return without a RA Number and any charges that accrued as such from storage or delivery back charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Some products may carry a restocking fee so be sure to check with sales rep as to what your product return policy is.

Once an order has been processed as a sales order it is considered a valid order, if for some reason you need to make changes to your order please contact sales right away. 

We build many custom machines to order and once we start an custom machine order that order is non refundable.

Non Traditional items we will need a sample of that item to vend. All custom machine orders are non refundable.

 

You the card holder agree to the following conditions when using a credit card to purchase items or services from Vendweb.Com

You the cardholder agree that the information you have provided Vendweb.Com is your credit card correct information.

You agree that Vendweb.Com can process your order with the said given credit card information.

You the cardholder agree that you or someone at the delivery address has the authority to and will inspect all orders for any damage before signing for any delivery of such order. Once said order is signed for at the delivery location of invoice you agree that your order is correct as you ordered.

Chargebacks: You agree not to do a false chargeback – A False Chargeback is calling the credit card company and starting a chargeback case before you have given us a chance to address and correct your dispute.

We ask that you give us a opportunity to address and correct a problem before you start a chargeback with your credit card company.

If you do a chargeback you agree to wait till such outcome of said chargeback is ruled in your favor and the merchandise has been returned to us in the same condition as we sent it to you before you ask for a credit back from said credit card company.

If you do not return said merchandise before you receive a credit from the credit card company you authorize us to recharge you credit card for the cost of said merchandise and you agree to not do another chargeback till we have received our merchandise back

Charge backs cost time and money and many times are not needed in correcting or resolving an issue.

You agree that if you do a chargeback that you will return any of said merchandise to vendweb or make available for pickup in the original carton or shipping container packed the same way we had packed the item for you.

Chargeback’s are to be used for consumers who did not order something or had their credit card stolen and someone made a false charge on it.
We the merchant need to protect ourselves from false chargeback’s and chargeback thieves so we have to have a chargeback understanding if you want to use a credit card to pay for your purchases.
