Before you order your vending machine, there are a few things you need to know so your vending equipment supplier can quote you the correct freight cost.
Unless you pick up your vending machine at the warehouse, you will need to supply your vending equipment supplier with some details so they can quote you the proper freight cost. Vending machines ship on pallets by semi-truck, and when they get to the address you requested the vending machine be delivered to, you don’t want any surprises or to be unable to get the vending machine off the truck.
Here are the things your Vending Machine supplier will need to know.
1: Is the delivery address a business or a residence?
2: Does the delivery location have a loading dock that is semi-truck dock high?
3:Can the vending machine on the shipping pallet fit through all doors and hallways?
4: Did you request the vending machine to be delivered on a pallet inside 1st floor?
These are very important questions that your vending machine distributor should be asking you and include in your quote. If the company you are looking to buy a vending machine from does not ask these important questions, then you are probably dealing with the wrong company.
